This machine is used for shaft, end insulator and commutator pressing(1pc machine to press shaft and end insulator, 1pc machine to press commutator), adopt servo electro-cylinder for the pressing system, the repeated positioning accuracy ±0.02mm。
Adopts the pressure sensor and displacement sensor to detect the pressing force and pressing depth, the machine will alarm if NG, machine can go to next operation only if manually remove the NG parts.
