Manufacturing Process

Winding Processing: High – purity electromagnetic wires are selected for winding the rotor. Advanced winding equipment is utilized to precisely control the number of winding turns, wire diameter, and the arrangement of the windings, ensuring the symmetry and uniformity of the windings. After winding, insulation treatment is carried out on the windings. High – quality insulation materials and advanced insulation processes, such as impregnating with varnish and drying, are adopted to improve the insulation performance of the windings, prevent short – circuits and electric leakage, and enhance the safety and reliability of the motor’s operation.
Overall Assembly: The processed iron core and windings are precisely assembled. During the assembly process, the matching accuracy of all components is strictly controlled to ensure good dynamic balance performance of the rotor. Through dynamic balance testing equipment, dynamic balance correction is performed on the rotor to reduce vibration when the rotor rotates at high speed, extend the service life of the motor, and improve the stability and efficiency of the motor’s operation.
