The machine automatically test the armature performance, including hi-pot (di-electric strength), insulation, surge, bar-bar resistance, welding resistance. Sliding the plexiglass door to switch the condition between two working stations. When close the door, the machine will automatically start testing and finish the complete testing process, judge whether the armature is ok or NG, if the armature is NG, machine will sound-light alarm.
Windows system, collect, store and display the testing result and tested data.
P4 industry computer and 19’ LCD display. Testing items is programmable.

Testing items includes: dielectric strength, insulation resistance, surge, bar-bar resistance, welding resistance. Machine can be customized as per customer’s requirement.
