Manufacturing Process

Advanced precision – machining techniques such as CNC turning and grinding are employed. CNC turning precisely controls the outer diameter, length, taper, etc. of the shaft. The grinding process enhances the surface finish and geometric accuracy of the shaft, reducing roughness and friction losses. Special treatments are applied to key areas like bearing – mounting locations and keyways to boost wear resistance and fit precision.
