Motor Aging Line

I. Function:

This system adopts ring shape conveyor, suitable for vacuum cleaner motor(max.1800W) aging, hot status current and power testing, features high testing efficiency(max.test 250pcs motor within 1hour), labor saving(only need 1 people to assemble the motor to the fixture and pack motor at the unloading station), suitable for testing the motor in bulk.

This system consists of loading mechanism, aging testing line, current testing mechanism, noise room, electric control unit. The ring shape conveyor features compact, saving space, running stable. The conveyor continuously run during testing, save time and high testing efficiency. Additionally, adapts brass bar for the conductive parts of conveyor and the fixture plate, adapts flexible carbon brush for the conductive parts of the fixture plate and the conveyor, this structure ensures low malfunction rate of the fixture plate.

 

II. Technical specification:

1. Conveyor structure: 

Size of the conveyor: Height 0.70m, width 1.0m, length 3.5m.

Adapts angle steel structure for the conveyor frame, side plate is made of cold plate, the surface is power coating anti-rust treatment, the structure is convenient for maintainance. The power chain adapts P=25 low noise chain, features of light weight, large bearing capacity and long life. Adapts three phase AC motor and reduction motor as the power of the conveyor, features low noise and long life. The fixture plate is made of 3mm cold plate, size of the fixture plate is 0.18*0.27m surface powder coated, the motor positioning fixture is specially designed for motor, can be suitable for varies type motor testing. There is individual over-load protection air switch(10A) for each motor when connect electricity to motor.

 

2. Lay the motor on the conveyor: the shaft is horizontally upward and perpendicular to the conveyor

3. Motor moving continuously on the conveyor, cycle time: 10-60sec/pitch(adjustable)

4. Testing station distribution ( as per the fixture plate flow direction):

(1) loading and unloading area: 4stations

(2) aging testing: 14stations

(3) hot status current testing: 1station

(4) testing conveyor (26 stations, including 12stations up and down side, 1station each at both side), with adjustable power supply individually

 

III. Testing item and specification:

No-load current and power (sensor, automatically)

Testing condition: rated voltage of the motor

Power range: 0~2KW

Current range: 0~20A

Accuracy: ±0.5%

 

IV. Electricity unit:

1. Each station has over-load protection air switch

2. Equip with 5KW voltage regulator with each testing station individually

 

V. Fixture:

1. Equip with 26sets fixture, including 14sets for power station boards, 4stations on up and down conveyor, 2sets for current testing, 4sets on the front and rear of the conveyor

2. The fixture is to be designed as per customers motor

3. High voltage testing instrument and current testing instrument is provided by supplier, buyer provide the coupling interface.

VI. To be provided by customer: 2pcs motor sample of each model(for machine fixture design and commissioning)
