Products Description

Programmable test di-electric strength, insulation resistance, no-load current, no-load power, loading current and loading power. Single station, by pressing ”Start” button to start the testing process, automatically finish the testing, display the testing result, judge OK/NG, sound and light alarm if the products is NG. The testing time for 1pc motor is within 12sec.

Loading test: adopts 10N.m magnetic dynamometer head, during testing, manually place the motor into the testing fixture, coupling the motor shaft and the coupler of the dynamometer head.

Testing items includes: Dielectric strength (Hipot), Insulation resistance, Motor no-loading current power testing, Motor loading testing(magnetic powder dynamometer), etc.

Machine can be customized as per customer’s requirement.
