Products Description

The armature tester is controlled by 1pc IPC and displayed by LCD, it can programmable testing bar-bar resistance, welding resistance, di-electric strength(hipot), insulation resistance and surge. Press “start” button to enter the testing condition, the testing process would be done automatically, testing result would be displayed and judge OK and NG products, if the products is NG, machine will sound and light alarm, the armature model no. and the threshold value of judgement can be manually input and saved. The testing data is automatically saved, can be called-out and printed at any time.

Testing items includes: dielectric strength(hipot), insulation resistance, surge, bar-bar resistance, welding resistance.

It is suitable for testing power tool motor armature, vacuum cleaner motor armature, mixer motor armature,etc.

Machine can be customized as per customer’s requirement.
